First WW Meeting

I guess I picked the perfect time to re-join Weight Watchers meetings. I'm probably not supposed to say it, but I won't give away details...but my center is participating in a pilot WW program, and this was the first week. We're all getting new materials over the next 10 weeks. I'm glad I started on week one of the new program. I feel oh-so-special.

As far as my weigh-in, blegh, not good. This is my highest weight ever. I am not happy with it. But I know that with regular workouts and sticking to the WW plan, that this will change.

I have to plan some yummy but easy meals for the week and make a grocery list. But first I think I will crawl back into bed for a little bit. I woke up crazy early this morning and didn't get enough sleep.

Hello there Shrinky...you'll have to forgive me...I'm not in the mood to put in the tags and spice up my comments.

I just wanted to wish you luck on your journey. I recently...2 weeks now...rejoined myself. 3 years ago January I was 349 lbs. - 10 months later 210lbs. and at goal weight. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and I'm 30 lbs. HEAVIER than my original WW start. So I feel your pain about being the biggest you've been in your life, I'm there too and at 30 years old...time's creeping up.

Went to my second meeting tonite...lost 8...down 21 so far...hope the "water weight" keeps coming off. lol

I saw your post on another board about sushi and decided to see what Episode V was all about. Going out for sushi with a buddy of mine tomorrow and now I've got the points figured out...I knew it'd be low...but wow...sushi ain't too bad.

I wish you well...and luck...maybe if we both make goal we'll treat each other to a nice night out of sushi...
